- 1 hour labor "on-site" to troubleshoot Electrical issues for Residential Homes or Commercial Buildings for Nasau & Suffolk County. 
 
Includes: 
1 Electrician/ Tech to troubleshoot issue on site. 
Excludes:
Any materials needed for repairs. 
Any extra labor after 1 hour, which it is to be billed at an hourly rate of $156 per hour, only upon client approval of any extra charges.
