Service call - NYC 

- 1 hour labor "on-site" to troubleshoot Electrical issues for Residential Home or Commercial Building. 

1. Includes: 

   • 1 Electrician/ Tech to troubleshoot issue on site. 

2. Excludes:

   • Any materials needed for repairs. 

   • Any extra labor after 1 hour, which it is to be billed at an hourly rate of $195 per hour, only upon client approval of any extra charges.
